Loyalty Program

We have a very simple loyalty program.
It does not include collecting points or converting them back to cash.
Once you are enrolled, you get a 25% discount* on eligible purchases.

Option 1

Buy books worth Rs. 5000 or more in a single bill and get a 25% discount* on this bill and on future purchases.

If your bill crosses Rs. 5000, the discount is applied to all eligible purchases.
The billing details (i.e. your name, mobile number and email address) have to be the same for future purchases to avail the discount.
All qualifying purchases are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program.

Option 2

Buy books worth Rs. 7500 over six months and get a 25% discount* on future purchases.

If your purchases in the last 6 consecutive months add up to Rs. 7500 or more, the discount is applied to your next bill and future purchases.
The billing details (i.e. your name, mobile number and email address) have to be the same for all purchases to avail the discount.
All qualifying purchases are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program.
Only purchases made after August 1, 2020 are eligible.

How do I enroll for the loyalty program?

Start buying books!
Please make sure to give us your full name, mobile number and email address at the time of placing your orders.
You can order books over Whatspp, email or via our website.
We need your name, mobile number and email address to make sure all your purchases are accurately logged and in sync.
All qualifying purchases are automatically enrolled.

* Some exceptions to the above:
1. Low priced NGO publications (eg. Pratham Books) are not discounted.
2. Books we import ourselves are sold at best prices and cannot be further discounted
3. Books / editions that are no longer available or are limited edition runs or in short supply will not be discounted.
4. Rare and out of print books/editions are not discounted.
5. Non-book items are not eligible for discounts (Eg. calendars, etc).
6. Special procurement orders and rush orders are not discounted.
7. Gift cards are not discounted.
8. Gift wrapping is not discounted.
9. Packing and shipping fees are not discounted.
