Parsi Bol 2

The much-loved, expanded compilation of Parsi-Gujarati idioms, insults, and endearments has been put together painstakingly (and with a lot of laughs) by Sooni Taraporevala and journalist Meher Marfatia. For those in the know, Parsi Bol 2 combined the original Parsi Bol with more than 350 new phrases (including many crowd-sourced colloquialisms).
The illustrations are by Hemant Morparia and Farzana Cooper, and there is also an audio CD featuring voice recordings by actor Boman Irani and the original Parsi Bol recordings by veteran Parsi theatre artists Dolly and Bomi Dotiwala.

This is a gift that will keep giving.
