Trilogy is an independent, curated bookshop and library. We curate the collection here to the best of our abilities and source books from the publishers, their official distributors and through our direct connection with a few of India’s and the world’s best indie publishers. We try to stay as updated as possible about the many many new great books that are being published with alarming speed, while also making sure important precious books made years ago are still available to new readers. We also engage with the readers who come by and this shapes our curation too.

If you are wondering about letting us know about a book you have written, please do fill up the form at the bottom of the page. However, please understand that we are unable to reply to each submission. I assure you though, that if it’s a book we are interested in, we will definitely reach out to you. 

Here’s what we are looking for:

We are always looking out for well-researched, professionally edited and designed, and  well-produced books that would appeal to the readers who come to Trilogy. On this note, we would suggest, if you haven’t already, to please visit the bookshop, so you get an idea of the kind of books we stock.

The topics we are interested in are: local history, wildlife, travel, photography, architecture, food history, theatre, music, dance, and art.

We usually do not take on books that are self-published, unless they pertain to local history.

We would prefer to not receive unsolicited fiction (for adults and children), graphic novels, zines, poetry, or non-fiction books about spirituality, mindfulness, leadership, biographies.

We do not stock books that are AI-assisted, generated.

We do not stock books published by Amazon or its affiliates, Bri Books, or Notion Press.

We would politely request you to not drop by unannounced to discuss the book.

If you think your book fits our requirements, please fill up the form and we will reply within 14 working days, only if we would like to stock your book. We request you to please not call, text, email to follow up if you do not hear from us, and please do not send us your book unless we request to see a sample. If we do request to see a copy and we feel that we would be unable to stock the book, we request you to please coordinate with us and arrange to get your sample copy picked up.
